Excellent write-up. Rebuild was actually what got me into the series, I have to admit. I know that means I'll never experience Evangelion the same way everyone who saw the original first did, but I'm still enjoying it.

I'm jealous you got to meet the cast, especially J. Michael Tatum and Trina Nishimura.
